Curry Fish


Ingredients:

150g Rainbow curry powder

4 slice of fish (Batang)

6 lady finger

2 Binjal (eggplant)

2 tomato

1 cup tamarind juice

1 onion


Method:

1) mix curry powder to form paste

2) heat 2 tablespoon oil till hot, add in onion, stir fry, add in curry paste, fried till fragrant.

3) add binjal and lady finger, and tamarind juice, cook till curry gravy slightly thickened

4) add in fish and tomato

5) when fish is cook,season with salt to taste.

6) serve hot with rice.
