Six Principles To Live By
Get understanding.
Proverbs 4:7
Incorporate these six principles into your life:
1) don't worry, when you're doing your best. God accepts no less, but He demands no more. 'Trust in the Lord, and do good… and He shall give you the desires of your heart!' (Psalm 37:3-4 )
2) don't hurry, when success depends on accuracy. 'Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty' (Proverbs 21:5)
3) don't form conclusions until you have all the facts. Everyone you meet has unmet needs, unhealed wounds and unfulfilled hopes. If you want people to evaluate you by your best qualities, rather than your worst, 'Do to others as you would like them to do to you' (Luke 6:31)
4) don't believe a thing is impossible without trying it. When you are in God's will, doing things God's way, sensitive to His timing and willing to persevere, your problems are just a platform for Him to work on your behalf 'we must wait patiently and confidently.' (Romans 8:28 )
5) don't waste your time on trivial matters. In order to put first things first, you must ask yourself, 'What is it that only I can do, or do best?' Only when you've answered that question will you know what you should do
6) don't think that good intentions are an acceptable excuse for doing nothing. Examine your life; are you a 'talker' or a 'doer?' Get specific about your diet and your devotions, your finances and your family, etc. Write these words on a card and read them regularly: 'If it's to be, it's up to me.' James writes: 'faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead' (James 2:17 ).

God's Work Ministry Inspirational and Encouragement
Dear Friend,
There are many moments in life when we lose perspective of what's mostimportant. We become so focused on what needs to be done that we do nottake the time to stop and enjoy right now. We miss the many opportunitiesto enjoy the beauty of God's creation that surrounds us. We get it in ourminds that enjoying today is a far-off reality not meant for us right now.We believe the lie that enjoying today must wait until some event mustfirst take place. We believe that we cannot enjoy today until we have ourhealth restored, or until we're able to retire or maybe when the kids gooff to college. That is a falsity that many of us have adopted notrealizing that tomorrow is not promised to us. (Matthew 6:34) (Habakkuk 3:17-19)
We have today and only today to enjoy right now. We should never postponethe joy of today for our tomorrows because our tomorrows may never come.Instead of rushing through your days, I encourage you to slow down, lookaround you and see what you haven't seen before. Enjoy the season you'rein, appreciate what you have right now and see with refreshed eyes whatyou have only glanced over in the past. By being determined to enjoyright now, you will find your life much more enjoyable and fulfilled andyou will see the problems that once looked so great diminish in comparison.
I hope this message encourages and inspires your heart to not rush throughyour days, but rather see the beauty that surrounds you and enjoy rightnow to its fullest.

God gave me another gentle reminder of what is essential this morning. Iwas rushing around trying to get too many things done at once and not doingany of them very well. As I was about to start my next chore, though, Icaught a glimpse of brilliant light shining through my living room window. The sun had just risen over the mountains and was shining brightly down onthe Earth. It’s glorious, golden beams were joyfully waking the world.Seeing this I walked out on my front porch to take a break from doing andspend some time living.
The sky was the purest blue imaginable. The air was so fresh and cool thatI breathed in deeply with delight. I listened to the birds singing happilyin the nearby trees as they greeted the morning. I then stood for awhilepaying attention to this wonderful world God has given us. Before I wentback inside I told God just how much I loved Him and thanked Him again formy life.
Life is so full of beauty, wonder, and delight. Life is so full ofkindness, peace, and happiness. Life is so full of love and joy. God hasgiven us a world overflowing with good things for us to rejoice in. It isup to us, however, to pay attention to them. It is up to us to take theminto our hearts, souls, and minds. And it is up to us to share them withthe world.
Don’t go through life too busy to see that essential wonder and beautyaround you then. Pay attention to it. Pay attention to that goldensunlight and brilliant blue sky. Pay attention to that first flower pokingits head through the dirt in the Spring. Pay attention to that smilingchild wanting to play and laugh with you. Pay attention to that beautiful, old soul sharing stories about his life with you. Pay attention to thosepeople who are reaching out to you and offering to share their love andjoy with you. Pay attention to the glorious love that God freely offersyou every second of your life. Life is too short not to pay attention.

Get To Know God Better
Can you discover the depths of God?…
You're on the adventure of a lifetime when you pursue a greater knowledge of God. What you've learned about God so far should give you a hunger to know Him even more. You must never be satisfied with what you know about Him already. Here are four practical benefits of knowing God:
1) Blessing. The more you know God and obey His will, the more you'll experience His blessings. 'If you obey all the decrees and commands I am giving you today, all will be well with you and your children… ' (Deuteronomy 4:40 )
2) Peace. 'Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God… ' (2 Peter 1:2 ). The more you know God, the more at peace you'll be. Yes, struggles and setbacks will come, but even then you'll have a sense of wellbeing because you'll feel His nearness
3) Wisdom. Paul prayed that God would give the Ephesians 'a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him' (Ephesians 1:17 ). Wisdom is seeing things the right way. Revelation is when God bypasses the limitations of your mind and shows you things you otherwise wouldn't know. Instead of finding a solution to life's problems every now and then, you can walk each day in a 'spirit of wisdom and of revelation.
4) Freedom. 'when you did not know God, you were slaves to those which by nature are no gods' (Galatians 4:8 ). Without the confidence that comes from knowing God, and your standing before Him, you become a slave to circumstances, emotions, or other people's opinions. Refuse to live that way. Instead, get to know God better.

Thoughts On Marriage
A man shall… be joined to his wife… Genesis 2:24
'And the LORD God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper… ' (Genesis 2:18 ). God gave Eve one basic responsibility - to help Adam. As a husband, you bear the primary responsibility for the home. When Eve ate the forbidden fruit, 'God called to Adam… "Where are you?"' (Genesis 3:9 ) Adam was held responsible for the breakdown.
Here's another thought. Before God gave Adam a wife he gave him a job, and specific instructions to obey 'the LORD God took the man and put him in… Eden to tend… it… God commanded… "you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat… "' (Genesis 2:15-17). Don't mess with a guy who doesn't want to work for a living, or obey God. Furthermore, if he tells you, 'I don't need you,' run! The whole idea of creating Eve was that Adam needed her. Until someone can say, 'I'm incomplete without you,' they're not ready for marriage. Marriage is a big decision, so allow God to help you make the right one. 'the LORD God… brought her to the man.' (Genesis 2:22 ). As a single person your options are: live an immoral lifestyle, marry a non-believer, or wait for God to give you the right mate.
And one final thought: 'a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.' Genesis 2:24 (NKJV). This verse is read at almost every wedding. The problem is, most of us don't think about what we're promising. It means breaking all other ties and giving yourself totally to your mate. Rather than working them into your life, it's building your life around them. The word 'cleave' means to stick like glue through bad times and good, and to commit to loving and caring for each other.

This morning when I was in the mass, I pray that I will not have difficulty to wake Sharon up to go to work. And I ask Mother Mary to intercede for me....but .. the answer is no....I am thinking why I have to worry so much about it, so I let go... and ask God to take care...I have more then enough problems or things to think about... sigh... just let go and let God...
Today is a present to me.. make full use of this day...
